STORE UPDATES: COVID POLICIES

RIZZOLI COVID POLICIES

New York state officially lifted its “mask-or-vax” mandate for most public indoor settings on Thursday 02/10, but there are a number of places where face coverings will still be required.

In New York City, it will now be up to individual businesses and offices to decide whether they will continue to require workers and patrons to wear masks. The city’s vaccination requirement for businesses including restaurants, fitness centers and entertainment venues remains in effect. 

So in our case we keep encouraging customers to wear the masks inside the store. For in Person-Events , all attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination and to wear masks.

RIZZOLI IN-PERSON EVENT COVID POLICIES

New York City's COVID-19 vaccination proof requirements have been expanded to include younger children.

In-person events will be presented to a fully vaccinated audience at full capacity. All attendees are required to wear masks. All patrons over the age of five will be required to show proof* of having completed the COVID-19 vaccination series at least 14 days prior to the date of the event. 

*Proof of vaccination will be defined as either an original vaccination card or an Excelsior Pass.

Our hours are 11 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday and 11 am to 7 pm on Sunday.

If you can’t make it to the store, please visit our website (https://www.rizzolibookstore.com), open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 We can ship directly to your home or offer curbside pick-up. Just go to our website and indicate what you’d prefer to do at check out. If you choose to go curbside we will email you a link to schedule your pick-up. 

If you come by the store there’s no need to fret about feeling crowded while you shop. We are working hard to maintain our safety protocols following New York City guidelines:

• Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the store
• We require staff and shoppers to wear masks 
• Social distancing will be maintained
