POWER OF CERAMICS: MODERNISM IN FINNISH APPLIED ARTS

An official guide to the Power of Ceramics exhibition held at Meguro Museum of Art in 2018. The 2018 exhibition, Power of Ceramics: Modernism in Finnish Applied Arts, commemorates one hundred years of diplomatic relations between Japan and Finland through the world of Finnish ceramics. It showcases Finnish ceramics and glassware from the collection of world-renowned collector Kyosti Kakkonen from its early beginnings to its prime in the 1950s and 60s.
